Epicurus is Copenhagen’s newly opened combined restaurant, jazz club and cocktail bar in Rosenborggade. Epicurus is an exclusive concept that combines a Nordic/French bistro, a cocktail bar and a jazz club in the heart of the city.

Led by Culinary and Musical Visionaries

Epicurus unites Lars Seier Christensen – co-owner of the three-Michelin-starred Geranium (World’s Best Restaurant 2022) and the two-Michelin-starred Alchemist – joins Mads Bøttger of the one-Michelin-starred Dragsholm Castle, together with jazz legend Sir Niels Lan Doky. Completing the team is Rasmus Shepherd-Lomborg, founder of Ruby, the pioneering cocktail bar that has appeared six times on the World’s 50 Best Bars list.
